We restore your carpets as part of the remediation process. Wet carpet does smell, and thankfully the smell does not last forever. The odour is due to the moisture from the wet carpets. Once the drying process is complete, the carpet odours will disappear.

Once carpets are re-laid, we sanitise and clean your carpets, completing the odour elimination process.

The equipment generates noise; it is an annoying part of the restoration. You may switch off the blowers at your discretion; however, the drying process will take longer; therefore, we recommend leaving them running.

We can assist you with insurance claims and frequently deal with assessors. Our friendly technicians will guide you through each step of the process and answer any concerns you may have.

We will move your furniture out of harm's way, and this may be in another area of your home or one of our off-site facilities. We work in conjunction with furniture restorers, should any damage occur to your furniture. A detailed inventory is recorded, and authority forms are drawn up for the removal of any items.

We prepare an inventory of damaged-goods and create a report for your insurance company. We also have off-site facilities for storage of furniture and contents if required.
